• 2.OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OUTSOURCING IN HARYANA
• O & M Contract for 2500 TCD Sugar Plant with Power Cogeneration for Sugar Mills. Complete operation and off- season maintenance, Casetech deputing 150 people for operation and maintenance team.


• 3.14.5 MW COGENRATION POWER PLANT IN BIHAR
• Basic Heat Cycle Engineering and Detail Project Report for the power project. Based on recommendation the power project capacity was optimized. Options for various configuration was studied with different pressure and bagasse availability taking existing low pressure boiler obsolete in phased manner.

• Feasibility Study, Engineering consultant for the 5 MW Power Plant based on Rice husk.


• 6.EQUIPMENT DESIGN FOR CLIENT IN MAHARASHTRA
• Process design for Direct Contact Heater, Installation and Commissioning in sugar mills in Maharashtra. Five such heaters are designed for the juice heating duties in sugar mill.


• 7.EQUIPMENT DESIGN FOR NHEC
• Complete Design of Melt Liquor Concentrator based on two effect falling film evaporator design to concentrate the sugar melt from 60 Bx to 72 Bx before feeding to pan. It is to reduce the pan vapor consumption. Designed of minimum color increase of less than 10%.


• 8.300 TPD SUGAR REFINERY IN MAHARASHTRA for Vitthalrao Shinde Sahakari Sugar Karkhana Ltd.
• Design & basic engineering, Project Engineering, Supervision of Erection and Plant Commissioning of raw sugar refinery based on DRPIE (Defeco Remelt Phospho floatation and Ion Exchange decolonization) technology. Refinery commissioned in one week time and produced sugar of less than 15 IU verified by VSI.


• 9.GREEN FIELD SUGAR PROJECT WITH BACKEND REFINERY IN KARNATAKA
• Basic engineering, Vetting of Detailed engineering For 4000 TCD sugar mill to produce 45 IU sugar based on DRP technology and steam % cane of less than 38%. The project is commissioned and it is trendsetter in karnataka industry to adopt DRP technology instead of double sulphitaion process. Plant is supplied by National Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd.


• 10.DESIGN OF BIO-METHANATION REACTOR FOR DISTILLERY IN UTTAR PRADESH
• Complete Design of Bio- methanation reactor for revamping of existing digester for production of bio-gas from distillery spent wash. Same is commissioned successfully.


• 11.VIJAYNAGAR SUGAR MILLS PVT. LTD., IN HYDERABAD
• Design and supply of Direct Contact Heater for syrup and melt heating to Vijaynagar Sugar Mills Pvt. Ltd. Audit to be conducted for Sugar Mill at Nellore for the purpose of Capacity Assessment, evaluation of equipment and process conversion to refinery for off-season raw processing.

• 1.SUPERVIOSRY OPERATION & MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR SUGAR PLANT IN PHILIPPINES, Universal Robina Corporation
• Supervisory O & M Services for Three Sugar Plant with Backend Refinery having Capacity of 9000 TCD, 8500 TCD and 4500 TCD for sugar mill in Philippines. Casetech intervention has bought SONEDCO sugar mill in no. 3 in efficiency level with one year of operation intervention. Experts in the area of milling, boiler and process are deputed to oversee the operation & maintenance practices. Major issues in boiler, mills and vapor piping systems are rectified. Further work is carried out to reduce the energy consumption and reduce process loss.
